Do I have to carry anything?
No! That's the whole point. Your salt is delivered right to your front door or porch.
Will the delivery person bring the bags inside or fill my softener?
No. For everyone's safety, our delivery partners deliver to your front door or porch only. They do not enter homes, carry bags inside, or fill softener tanks. If you need the bags moved indoors, we suggest having a family member, neighbor, or caregiver around on delivery day. Tip: our 25 lb bags are much easier to move than 40 lb bags.
How fast is delivery?
Usually the same day or the next day. We'll send you an email when your salt is on the way.
What if you can't deliver to my area?
In a small number of areas we can't get salt delivered. If that happens, we'll let you know the same day and refund you in full right away.
Which salt does my water softener need?
Check the lid of your softener's tank or its manual — it will say pellets or crystals. If you can't find it, pellets are the safe choice for almost all softeners.
